St. Paul, Minn. (June 4th, 2011) - I.C. System, Inc. announced today that it recently sent a speaker to present at the Spring Conference of the Minnesota Telecom Alliance in Willmar, Minnesota.
The I.C. System trainer presented, “Creating a Win-Win Environment,” a powerful seminar that teaches participants how to positively affect the outcome of any situation through practical techniques and tips.
The seminar focuses on tactics for moving any difficult conversation to a successful close. Instructing attendees how to manage their emotions, build rapport, leverage phrasing and maintain low emotional levels are just a few of the techniques that were shared at the conference.
“The I.C. System Trainer was so vibrant and engaging,” said Karen Thompson of Otter Tail Telcom/Park Region Mutual Telephone Co. “She really energized our whole group and provided us with some tangible verbal techniques that we can use in our everyday interactions.”
